STEVE GRUBER - CEO
Steve is originally from Pennsylvania, where he attended Penn State and received a Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Administration. Before and during his degree, Steve had an extensive background in the food and beverage industry, ranging from front of the house operations to kitchen management. Upon graduation, Steve accepted a management position with Restaurant Enterprise Group and continued his career with Louise’s Trattoria. During this time he held various positions including Chef, General Manager, and Multi Unit manager.
Steve has been with Johnny Garlic’s Inc since its inception in 1996. His duties included various aspects of, finance, business planning and strategic growth. Steve is also a Managing Partner in Tex Wasabi’s 2LLP which is the second restaurant concept created by both Steve and Guy.
